Two lots have been combined to give you almost one acres of land (.8 acres).  There is a driveway and a slab in place from a home that had been destroyed in a fire.  This can reduce the cost of building a new home since the utilities had been connected to the former home.

The lots can be seperated should you want to sell one of them or to build two homes on the property.  Presently you only have one POA fee since the lots have been combined into one lot.
